Support Healthy Smiles for Children in Ecuador Without cleft care, this sweet baby's innocence and contentment would be short-lived due to poor health, malnutrition, and bullying -- just some of the consequences of living with untreated cleft. Global Smile Foundation volunteers were able to perform surgery on her cleft lip and will continue to provide care so that she can have a healthy smile and full, productive life. A healthy smile is just the beginning!
