The program recognizes organizations that have long-standing relationships with GlobalGiving, report regularly, and actively participate in the GlobalGiving community. It is broken down into three categories: Partner, Leader, and Superstar. Partner Rewards allows GlobalGiving to be more transparent about recommendations to corporate partners, decisions to feature organizations in donor communications, and eligibility for special fundraising tools and campaigns.
From your organization’s dashboard, click on your Reward Level or “learn more.” You will be directed to a page that details the Partner Rewards criteria and your organization’s Partner Rewards Level.
There are three categories of the Partner Rewards program for organizations that have already completed the process of joining GlobalGiving.
Partner: Organizations that are a permanent member in good standing with GlobalGiving. As a Partner, your organization has access to GlobalGiving’s fundraising tools such as fundraiser pages and recurring donations, GlobalGiving’s regular webinar and training opportunities, site-wide matching campaigns, volunteer listings, and employee giving websites and corporate gift card promotions.
Leader: Organizations that have demonstrated their active engagement member on the site for nine or more months. In addition to the benefits that are available to Partner organizations, Leaders are more likely to be recommended to a corporate partner and featured in GlobalGiving social media and are eligible for special matching campaigns and training opportunities.
Superstar: Organizations that have been a permanent member in good standing with GlobalGiving for a year or more. Superstars are among our most active and engaged organizations on the site and are most likely to be recommended to a corporate partner, featured in GlobalGiving social media and are eligible for special matching opportunities, donor interaction, and events.
Currently, we use six metrics to assign Partner Rewards levels. An organization must achieve “Leader” or “Superstar” status in all six categories in order to achieve that Partner Rewards Level.
