Displaced people face ongoing barriers to employment, purpose, and community integration. In camps and host communities, boredom, frustration, and trauma often dominate daily life. Despite this, many individuals are eager to lead, contribute, and inspire others-yet lack opportunities and recognition.
At YSR, we believe the solution is sport! We hire and train community coaches to lead regular sport sessions: running, yoga, climbing, boxing, and much, much more! These coaches receive financial support and leadership training, gaining confidence, purpose, and a way to give back to their community.
