Dear Friend,
What an amazing blessing and gift it is to have the unfettered love and support from those who truly see the value of the work we do in providing consistent, attachment-based care to the little ones in our home. A kind of care that should never be hindered or compromised just because it is the festive season. Even though things were looking a little touch and go for our cashflow nearing the end of last year, you really came through for us in a big way that helped us to pay all our staff half of their salaries before Christmas and then the balance by the end of December.
While an early salary may sound trivial it is a gift that we cannot underestimate in it's signficance to the caregivers and staff of our TLC family! Unfortunately due to the tumultous times we have come through and the continued downward spiral of the global economy we have not been able to give any of our staff an increase for many years, so just this little bit of a pre-Christmas gift to help them celebrate with their own families is really meaningful and appreciated.
Lastly, my sincere apologies for the delay in sending through our report. As always things at TLC move incredibly quickly and often require our small team to multitask and often our admin gets a bit ahead of us. Thank you for your gracious patience and understanding.
Please remember, if you ever have any questions, comments or feedback we are always super eager to hear from our deeply treasured supporters!
With Heartfelt Thanks and
Kind Regards,
Faith and the TLC Team.
