We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
Destitute women at road side live and sleep their entire life at the road side. Such women & men have to sleep without blankets even in the shivering cold. Such destitute people don't have any place for shelter. They live nomadic life.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, for providing protection from shivering cold to such homeless people, distributed blankets with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation. In the blanket distribution program, the organization gave blankets to homeless women at the road side in the slum of the city. A smile of some sort of relief brought to their faces after getting the blankets. The women blessed Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and prayed for us. We feel happy for them as from now they will be able to protect themselves from the cold at night and can have sound sleep. The organization gave blankets to more than 150 homeless people. Our activists had conversation with one of the women at the blanket distribution program and came to know about her sorrow.
The Beneficiary Feedback....
There was a destitute woman sitting at the road side on the main street of a slum of the city. She just had a worn out Thin messy cloth to have protection from cold which she used while sleep. She used to feel restless whole night and couldn't be able sleep properly. When our activists gave her blanket, she got so happy that she raised her both hands to bless the activists. Her feelings could be easily seen on her face. Now, she would be able to have a sound sleep at cold night which has become possible only with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation.
