Ranger Boots Fundraiser: Thank You

Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve been able to fund all the ranger boots our team needed. A lot of the boots arrived just in time for World Ranger Day 2025.

Nothing says “ranger” like a pair of well-worn boots, dust-covered, broken in, and worn through from walking kilometre after kilometre in the protection of wildlife. Every footprint left behind is a symbol of resilience and unwavering commitment, not only to saving a species from extinction, but to building a future where rhinos can live wild and free.

On 31st July, Ranger Day 2025, we humbly acknowledged

 4,011 days without incursions
 96,264 hours of protection
 55,000 kilometres patrolled

Each year, our rangers march together through the protected area, reclaiming the land for rhinos. It’s more than tradition. It’s a reaffirmation of the values that define our ranger force: honour, discipline, and integrity. A reminder of the strength, determination, and faith that drive our team.

This World Ranger Day, we salute the quiet heroes whose boots walk the frontlines of conservation. Thank you for enabling them to do this in the correct footwear. Thank you for walking beside them.
