This initiative will change the future of an orphan child K whose mother passed away recently. Every child is entitled to a safe childhood and education which leads to personal and societal development and well-being. K will grow into an empowered citizen and not a liability to the society. The project will provide K with Food, College fees, Clothing, Books and Stationery to help her grow into a healthy and responsible adult.
K's mother had serious health problems and passed away 3 years ago. K has been living without proper family support for the last 12 years as her mother was barely able to support her. Without your support, she might end up as an illiterate street children or trafficked by anti-social elements. With this micro project, K can be supported by Sphoorti and her future saved. Rehabilitating him will ensure that he becomes an able citizen of the country.
K completed High School with a GPA of 9.2 and Intermediate with 90%. She got admission in Bachelor's Program in ECE in CVSR College of Engineering in Hyderabad two years ago. She scored 7.8 in her 4 semesters so far. You can provide K comprehensive care and quality education, shoes, school bags, uniforms, lunch box, test papers, required material to study well. Your help will pay for College fee, food and hostel expenses for this year. She is pursuing Electronics Engineering 3rd Year.
The project will provide education to 200 first generation school going girls and help them attain high school education at the least. Beneficiaries who complete school to secondary level are supported with higher education, training, apprenticeships and/or employment. About 150 families (750 people) will be direct and indirect beneficiaries of this initiative.
