Since the majority of preschools located in rural areas of the island are not equipped to implement programmes outside the school syllabus due to the lack of resources and finance, interactive creative programmes are rarely offered at preschools. Providing such programmes and having given our kids, the opportunity to participate in creative workshops, we have seen the impact it has made on our children especially when they transfer to the primary school. Our commitment to continue with a wide range of opportunities including conducting classes in the English language and Early Childhood Workshops is only possible through the generous funding provided by both local and international donors.
The Microproject, Stimulating Curiosity in Early Childhood has and will utilize the funding to strengthen their creative imagination, encourage them to be curious about their environment and surroundings and search for new ideas.
The recent workshop Creating Art with Recycled Material raised awareness on environmental protection and showcased an amazing collection of creative learning through their artwork Supported by their parents, the children proudly displayed their exhibits for the visitors which gave them the opportunity to confidently interact.
We thank our donors for their continuing support for all our programmes.
