Since the majority of preschools in the district do not facilitate creative programmes chiefly due to the lack of resource persons and funding, children are bored at school and often stay home. The microproject will allow the school to include more participatory, interactive creative programmes usually not included in the preschool syllabus, and stimulate the curiosity in fifty vulnerable children attending, inspiring them to enjoy their school day.
Acting as agents of change, the children will practice exemplary qualities in climate action and help them understand the environmental needs. Primarily, the lack funds have prevented implementing programmes related to recycling, environmental protection, arts and culture etc., Microprojects that focus on such themes allow children to enjoy more, early childhood education, look forward to and not drop out of school.
Facilitating interactive progrmmes outside the preschool syllabus will encourage children to enjoy their school day. Such programmes will stimulate their curiosity and impact early childhood development encouraging them in the joy of learning.
It will unlock the future of fifty vulnerable children making them the future changemakers. Funds raised from the microproject will allow for more interactive creative programmes helping to stimulate curiosity in the children. It will build on their existing imagination and social skills and make them feel a part of the wider world. It will make them be aware of numerous issues through creative learning.
