Thank you for sponsoring education of our girls who are orphan and come from destitute backgrounds.
Through this project, we are able to support schooling of 10 girl children who will be entering College in the next 3-4 years.
In this report, we present the case of one girl who was the beneficiary of your generosity.
We'll call her Bh. Bh came to Sphoorti just 10 days after her mother passed away and the last rights performed. She had lost her father when she was still an infant.
She hails from a tiny village. border. Her father died in a road accident. Her mother went through untold struggles to support Bh. After years of poverty and ill-health, Bh's mother passed away in 2012.
Bh is in STD X now and is preparing well for her Board examinations. Through your support, we have been able to arrange
1. A tutor for Bh and other girls in STD X
2. Snacks and milk for these children so that they have the energy to study long hours.
3. Encouraging them to do Yoga and breathing techniques with the help of volunteers.
Come MArch 2017, Bh will be busy writing her examinations. We are sure, with your blessings she will enter college in future and lead a life on her own terms.
