It was a wonderful whirlwind of generous donations coming our way these past holiday weeks. It was amazing watching the donations coming in and sometimes just crying tears of joy, knowing that once again - all of the Live and Learn in Kenya International children will be able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas meal with their families this year .
The children each received a large, warm blanket for the cold Nakuru nights and their families received all of the ingredients for a festive holiday meal - including a live chicken, vegetables, flour, ugali and oil for cooking and sweets for the children. They left the Live and Learn in Kenya Education Center singing and dancing and celebrating - their meals - their lives - their holidays - and YOU.
We want to say thank you in this special way. The Live and Learn in Kenya International children and their parents and guardians have opened up their hearts to show their appreciation to you.
