Hello everyone!
The good news is that we recieved funding from 22 people, donating 1720 dollars. We considered this an on-going project, as we continue to advise farmers, produce and plant trees- yet it was registered as a micro project so it has a specific time and then it expires, which is what has happened in this case.
The sloth in the photo lives and explores the forest near where Dorian, the little boy lives, and will continue to do so because those trees are protected by Jose, our co-worker and his family.
And because of your contributios, we can all continue working towards our goal, which is a whole region with protected forests and reforestation, generating income and dignity to local people. This is our mission and we thank you for walking this path with us. ASIREA will refresh our project page and reformulate a new proposal- so you can continue to know how its going.
With appreciation: The ASIREA team
