Technology is highly essential in prevent and protect child victims of online child sexual exploitation. In order to sucessfully arrest offender we need to get as much evidence from the Victims, however, our young victims often deleted the evidence off their devices due to fear of threat from offenders or their parents will find out.
Our social workers were trained on child forensic interview by the USA Homeland Security and the FBI. In most case our social workers have to work cosely with TICAC police to collect digital evidence and to restore evidence from the victims devices.
Besides assisting victims through a case. We also assist many victims to help remove their child pornographic photos and videos off the websites and social media platform. Being able ot purchase highend equipment will help us assist more victims.
Our team also work closly with TICAC police for 56 days, 53 cases, and 47 perpetrators arrested.
These are the numbers that we are proud to share from our most recent sting operation, led by TICAC. This operation led to the arrest of online child predators spread across 24 provinces and the discovery of over 150,000 files of child sexual abuse material that involve around 100 children.
Our strong partnerships with TICAC and other organizations prove to be effective, even during a global pandemic. Our team working with TICAC to assists most of the children during the nationwide sting operation.
Your support for us to provide technology to catch online predators will empower us to be able to assist more children! Thank you so much for your on going support for us.!
