It is said every now and then, "Talent never depends on anything, If a talented person wants to achieve something, he definitely achieves it". Talent has ever been required to eradicate poverty and unemployment and a good talent can be achieved only if you are skilled. A person can be able to get free from poverty and can free others also from the curse.
In this direction, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of Global Giving Foundation, has started "Skill Training" program to become women independent and self-reliant. Training to be a Beautician is giving to women in the program. Beauty Parlour training is provided to 15 deprived poor Girls of slum in Ajmer for getting them self-employment. The primary objective of "Skill Training" is to link poor women to self-employment by providing them training. In the beauty parlour training, women are learning several techniques for beauty and these Girls are learning with enthusiasm and dedication. During the training, these women are learning eye brow making, facial, make-up, medicure, pedicure, mehndi, hair cut, wax etc. in detail with so much dedication and determination.
Additionally, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, has organised Fashion Designing - Garment making and Skill Development Training programs for 15 girls in small village of Pisangan. In this 4-months program, women are learning to make several costumes as lehnga, Jodhpuri costumes, frock, etc. The primary objective of Fashion Designing is to make women independent and able enough to generate self-employment. Theory and practical of sewing in detail are being taught in the training. The activists of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan inspect the training timely and have discussion with trainee Girls. Our activist had one the the trainee Girl, in her words, -
My name is Prem and I am 23 years old. I had a wish to learn sewing but couldn't not learn as I got married so early and then upbringing of two kids didn't let me to get time to learn it. But, ever since I have joined the training I feel well. Now, I feel that my ultimate dream has come true. My husband does labour and my family is not financially strong enough. Now I am learning to make blouse, Rajputi costume, frock, peticoat, etc. regularly and after being trained I will establish my self-employment to get better livelihood. I thank Global Giving Foundation and all donors along with Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan for the successful initiative from the core of my heart.
