Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of Global Giving Foundation and the respectable donors, is navigating the project in Ajmer. This significant effort has been taken for empowering poor rural women and girls also for promoting their incomes.
Under the micro project, 9 poor girls & women in the village Mangaliyawas, Ajmer are being trained for vocational skill sewing education. Under this 2 months training program, the master trainer provides regular 5 hour per day theory and practical training to these women & Girls trainees for sewing in details.
As the demand of rajasthani costumes, rajputi dress, salwar suits, blouse, peticoats, lahnga choli is very high in the region so all of these are included in the training program and the trainees are making efficient in producing these stuffs. All of the girls are participating in the program with hard dedication and learn the skills. In addition to the skill development, the trainees are also being informed about life skills and marketing which will increase confidence in these girls. The sewing job will get them into a new bring positive direction which will help these girls to promote their incomes and they will get a better employment.
