ASANTE SANA – Thank You for Making Christmas Special!
On behalf of all of us at Live and Learn in Kenya, and especially the children and families we serve in Nakuru, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your generous Christmas gift donations.
Your support brought joy, comfort, and dignity to many families during the holiday season. The children were absolutely delighted to receive their warm new blankets. While many people think of Kenya as a warm country, nights in Nakuru can become surprisingly chilly, especially during certain times of the year. For many of our children, a cozy blanket is more than just a gift—it is comfort, security, and a reminder that someone cares.
The smiles on the children's faces as they received their blankets were priceless. They proudly carried them home, eager to show their families and enjoy a warmer night's sleep.
Thanks to your generosity, parents also received financial support to purchase food for a special holiday meal. Many families were able to enjoy chicken, vegetables, and other festive foods that would normally be beyond their means. For parents struggling to provide for their children, being able to prepare a celebratory Christmas dinner brought immense happiness and relief.
Christmas is not only about gifts; it is about sharing hope, kindness, and the feeling of belonging. Your donations helped create precious family moments and lasting memories for children and parents alike. Together, you made it possible for families to celebrate with dignity and joy.
Thank you for standing beside our children and their families. Your compassion continues to make a real difference in their lives, not only at Christmas but throughout the year.
Asante sana – thank you very much for your kindness, generosity, and continued support.
