The Victoria Community Center remains open!

World Refugee Day Celebration!
World Refugee Day Celebration!

Thanks to your generous contributions, we have successfully kept the Victoria Community Center open, serving as a safe harbor for hundreds of daily visitors. The funds raised through this project have allowed us to maintain operations, covering essential costs such as rent and security, and gave us the time to find new partners to fill the gap left by the dissolution of One Happy Family.

Over the past two years, the Victoria Community Center has become a vital resource for forcibly displaced people in Athens. It's the only place offering a plethora of services while also providing a safe space where people can hang out, use the internet, rest, and enjoy activities and simply feel welcome and accepted for who they are.

The impact of our work extends far beyond immediate relief. The Victoria Community Center continues to be a lifeline for individuals and families, providing them with the resources and support needed to rebuild their lives.

We remain committed to not letting our community down and will continue to seek additional funding to ensure our doors remain open. If you would like to learn more about how you can support our efforts, please reach out to us for ways to get involved.

Thank you for your unwavering support, which has made this possible. Together, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of people who have survived unimaginable hardships. We are incredibly thankful for your compassion and support.

With Gratitude,

The partners of the Victoria Community Center,
