Sinanziwe, like many girls in South African townships, had to drop out of school to support her family. Soon after her mother died, Sinanziwe had to find a job as a domestic worker as her family couldn’t afford to send her to school. However, Sinianziwe had high aspirations for herself and did not give up on her dreams. Afrika Tikkun has provided Sinanziwe with access to resources that allowed her to continue her education. She is now in her second year of college and Afrika Tikkun is proud of her hard work and progress.
