Thanks so much for supporting evacuees like Marvien, Mico and Mary Ann. Because of your generosity, we’ll be able to provide hot food for them during evacuation.
Marvien’s family live in the community of Banaba, just outside of Manila. Their home is made of bricks but its too close to one of the rivers that surround Banaba. As a result their house is flooded almost every year when the rains come.
But now, thanks to you, hot meals will be available when the next flood comes and forces Marvien’s family to leave their home. Evacuation will never be easy for Marvien, Mico and Mary Ann, but your generosity means that they won’t go hungry.
We’ll send you updates about how your gift is changing the lives of Marvien, Mico and Mary Ann, and of other families like theirs right here on GlobalGiving. Should you ever have any questions about how we’re using your donation, please don’t hesitate to email Andy@IDVolunteers.org. We’d love to hear from you!
One last time, thanks so much for ensuring that Marvien’s family can enjoy hot meals during floods.
Very kind regards,
