Organic Manure enhancing the income earning project for 25 women's Women, who are living in Ajmer District, Rajasthan (India) are not only poor but also illiterate and unaware about their agriculture and vermin compost. Vermin composting is the process by which biomass is broken down to humus which has served beneficial effects on soil physical and chemical properties further decomposition of humus releases the nutrients contained in if for crop uptake.
Rural women in Ajmer district are uneducated, socially and economically from weaker section also these kinds of rural women mostly depends upon her husband or father for their basic needs. To alleviate this situation the training center offer a lot of entrepreneurial opportunities for rural women, motivate and encouraging them to enter in the rural market through micro and small enterprises. The economic condition of women, who lives in Ajmer, is very pitiable.
The area women's will know about organic manure production and organic farming practice and they involved in protect land polluted activities. Increasing employment days and earn reasonable income, skills knowledge develop and involve in agro based activities, debt problem slowly reduced and the farmers land will be retained. Vermin composting improves the soil's health and productivity, and it is environmentally friendly and affordable.
Number of women, who are living below poverty line, will be reduced. By the help of SHG, poor village women will get better quality of life and livelihood, which will be helpful to increase the socially and economically women empowerment. As a result, the future will be bright of these 150 women and their familiess
