Dear Project partners,
Thank you so much for donating to provide a scholarship for Leonel. Unfortunately, Leonel's family has had a change of mind and declined the scholarship, to our great disappointment. However, we were able to give your generous scholarship to another young deserving student who was thrilled to receive the scholarship.
Ekobo says "Thank you GlobalGiving Donors!!!"
Ekobo is in class 5 (similar to 5th grade) and lives with his mom, who is a single parent struggling to make ends meet. Through your support, Ekobo has received the funding needed to help pay for his tuition, books, school supplies and related school expenses. You have made it possible for Ekobo to go to school this year. Ekobo, his mom and grandparents are so very grateful for your support.
