This project will help children go back to school. During the global pandemic, many homeless families in Pakistan were affected and lost their jobs. The children had to leave school and stay at home the entire year. Muwakhat Foundation will support these children to go back to school. They will be provided with winter uniforms and books.
Homeless children were also greatly affected during the global pandemic. The parents lost their jobs and could not pay the tuition fees of their children. The children dropped out of their schools and lost the opportunity to continue their studies. The families are still struggling to make ends meet so the future of these bright children is compromised. Education is of least priority to these struggling homeless families so these children, if no help is provided, are unable to go back to school.
This project will pay the tuition fees of these children and also help them buy new uniforms and books for the next school year. This will take the burden off from the parents who are trying to get their jobs back now. They will be stress free for the next whole year. The children will also be able to study without worrying of dropping out again.
26 COVID-19 affected families with school going children will become sustainable and get lasting prosperity.
