Thanks to support from donors like you via GlobalGiving and a number of offline donors, we are happy to report that this project raised the full amount to double the impact and fully fund Compassionate Hand for the Disabled through the end of 2025! In July 2025, a US-based team was on the ground and visited the organization's facility outside Nairobi, Kenya. There were several collaborative sessions with leadership, teachers, therapists and staff to strengthen shared goals and enhance sevice delivery for the children at CHDF. The team also explored agricultural initiatves and development efforts. In addition, your support allowed for 2 from the CHDF Nairobi-based staff to attend a Support Raising Bootcamp in October. The teams in Kenya and the U.S. continue to collaborate to create opportunities for sustainable projects and support moving forward.
