Dear Friends of MAAWS,
Thank you so much for donating to our Microproject: Health services for 1000 patients in Bangladesh. In the past few months we have been quite busy at the MAAWS Health Complex.
In early September we hosted two Free Eye Health Camps due to the demand. We saw over 400 patients from 38 villages for eye exams, cataract operations and distributed to glasses.
We also officially opened the Noor Jahan Burn Unit. We are treating burn patients and victims of acid attacks. In November, we had the pleasure of hosting a team of physicans from the medical relief group IMANA inlcuding a plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist from the United States to consult with our physicans and patients.
So far in 2014, we have seen and treated 1062 patients this year. None of this would be possible with out your support. Your geneorsity allows us provide health care to people that need it the most, purchase much needed medicine and equipment and support our dedicated medical and administrative stafff.
We still need a lot of support for this project to purchase medications, supplies and much needed diagnostic equipment. Please check out the project page and donate at http://bit.ly/gghealthcomplex.

Thank you again for all you have done to help this cause.
With gratitude,
Juhi Mawla
