Women, even today, in the era of development are backward and to get them free from backwardness, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been successfully working for last 25 years so that women may also be able to contribute as men in today's developing world. In order to provide women sustainable livelihood, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, organizes training for several trades learning those trades makes women self-reliant.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, currently running a beauty parlour training where women trainees learn various beauty tips and tricks. In order to learn skills, the trainees face some difficulties in the lack of proper infrastructure. The lack of infrastructure and equipments made it difficult for the trainees to be trained. But, the support of GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors solved the problem of lack of infrastructure and equipments. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of the donors bought the required epuipments as parlour-chair, medicure-pedicure machine, steamer, hair spa and other stuffs. Now, these equipments have made it easy for the trainees to learn the skills.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors, has completed the survey for another beauty parlour training in which 30 poor, school drop out women/girls have been selected. The organization is going to start beauty parlour training from 05th April. During the training, women trainees will experience new equipments and it will make the quality of training better than ever.
