Every time the school year starts, so many parents are writing to us with similar questions: will my child again get the scholarship you are providing? Can we count on you to provide us with money needed for the books and other school necessities?
And for so many years, we are more than happy to answer positive those existential questions that parents are asking, asking with a bit of shame not being able to provide all by themselves. And then, when the scholarship comes to their children, they are easier and satisfied because their children will not drop out of school.
Our positive answers are directly influenced by your generosity and empathy. You, that donate to us, are the core of the good that spreads to parents and their children.
Thanks to your donation, these children will complete elementary or secondary school and, with their diplomas, will be eligible to register with the National Employment Agency, will be in a position to find a regular full-time job or start their own business and become independent active members of the society. This will assist their integration and help the integration of their parents into local communities so that different generations of refugees and displaced people in Serbia can start rebuilding their lives.
