Thanks so much for supporting Omene’s English Education.
Omene already has a job as a secretary, but she wants her family to have the best life they possibly can. So she joined the English in Mind (EIM) Institute to improve her English skills and boost her resume. But she couldn’t have done that on her own.
Unlike the English in Mind (EIM) Institute, other English schools in Port-au-Prince are usually for profit, and expensive. And Omene can’t afford the fees.
But, thanks to you, Omene will now be able to continue studying English at the non-profit EIM Institute. Your donations will support EIM’s running costs, so all that Omene has to bring is her text-book and hunger for knowledge.
Omene is definitely a “go-getter” and is determined to succeed. And with your help she’ll be able to develop the skills she needs to find better, more secure employment. In turn this will enable her to support herself and her family into the future.
Thank you so much for making this possible - there are so many ways that you could have spent your hard earned money, but you chose to support Omene.
To let you know how your donation is changing lives, we’ll send you regular updates right here on GlobalGiving. If you ever have any questions about how we're using your donation, please email Andy@IDVolunteers.org. We’d love to hear from you!
Thanks again for making Omene’s future bright, and our warmest regards!
