Dear friends,
Thank you very much for extending support to our students by waof sponsoring school kits. We raised $1500 towards stationery kits from various sources. Out of $1500, $ 700 were spent on notebooks and textbooks, , $500 on school bags and uniforms, $300 on personal hygiene for our girls like face powder, soaps, sanitary pads and menstrual health related material.
This gesture has made a lot of impact on the self-esteem of our children. THey understand that there are people out there who care for their welfare and wish to see them lead a meaning lives and break out of poverty and illiteracy.
We wish to return to the next academic year by reaching out to more children in need and distress. We are positive you are always there to help us and our children.
