Thank you for your generous contributions for the poor neglected elders through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.
Your generous support help us to provide nutritious food to neglected elderly. This provision keeps the elders without starvation and healthy. With our regular food provision, health check up and clothing, the elders are happy and feel safe. our elders are conveying their sincere thanks to you.
As part of the CHHASE activities, we are identifying the economically disadvantaged poor in rural areas, where the women are facing lot of problems to run their families, educate their children, timely medical support to their family members and negelected elders suffering for food. In our analysis most of the poor are below poverty line, and unable to look after themselves. Thus their family conditions compel them to neglect their aged mothers,their close blood relations etc.
One of beneficiary said that "My age is 78.I have been left alone at my home without provision of food.My son is working as a casual labor in far distance and staying away. Daily going and coming for work is difficult for him. so he left me here and shifted to a rented house near to his work place.I was having a small hut. But today it is leaking in raining season.No one is here to provide me food. Today i am taken care of food, clothes and treatment when i fall sick. Now my health condition improved and my worries fade away. Thank you for your help."
