Every child deserves an opportunity to understand and use the technology that increasingly shapes education, employment and communication.
Our computer training initiative is working toward that vision by giving underserved learners practical exposure to digital technology. Thirty girls are already benefiting, and the program is designed to grow as additional resources become available.
The model is intentionally built around shared access. One computer can benefit up to 10 individuals at a time, enabling us to serve more learners through organized training groups. With qualified and committed tutors, learners receive guidance while practicing essential computer skills rather than simply observing others.
The equipment required goes beyond the computers themselves. The program benefits from desks and chairs, power equipment, connectivity, learning materials, software and maintenance resources. These investments help create a reliable learning environment where children and young people can develop skills consistently.
For the girls participating, the experience can be transformational. They are gaining confidence, learning how to interact with technology and developing skills that can complement their education and prepare them for future opportunities.
Our long-term goal is to expand access to more girls, pupils, school dropouts, young people and other community members, creating a digital learning hub that serves the wider community.
