Dear Friend's Namaste!!

Many Greeting from RSKS India!

The condition of Gender Ratio is so terrible in Rajasthan and it can be estimated by the only fact that the number of women in the state is less than that of men by 25 lakh. This terrible fact is a danger sign for the time to come. The issue of "Gender inequality" has been in existence in the male Dominated society from many years. The major causes of Gender inequality are traditional social evils, female foeticide, dowry system, wish to have son and give more importance to son in comparision of Daughter.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has organised "Signature Campaign" to get the support for prevention, Resistance and public awareness Against "Gender inequality" in the village Khanpura, Ajmer, the city surrounded by the Aravali Ranges. 195 men and women participated enthusiastically in the campaign and signed in the support of preventing "Gender inequality". By organising "Signature Campaign" in the minority-Dominated Region, the team of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has made public aware of the threats of Gender inequality.

This "Signature Campaign" is part and parcel of "Stop Violence against women in India", the project which is being organised jointly by Global Giving Foundation and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. People took oath to Save Girl alongwith the participation in the signature campaign. People of the minority - Dominated region Appreciated the campaign and applauded the significant effort of Global Giving and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan.

Dear friends and donors, you’re valuable suggestions are welcomed for this ''Stop Violence against women in India'' project. Please do provide your suggestions in the comment box so that women Empowerment may be more successful.

Many thanks again for your support!!

We will continue to keep you updated about our work and events of the following months.
