Thank you for your generous contributions for the poor unprivileged orphan rural girls through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.
As part of the CHHASE activities, we are identifying the economically disadvantaged poor orphan students in rural areas, where the students are becoming drop outs because of lack of timely educational support, uniforms, chappals, shoes and other food groceries. In our analysis most of the poor orphan girl students have lost their parents and are under grandmothers care. The grandmothers are very old and unable to look after even their own needs.These orphan girls in the High Schools are not attending schools regularly because of poverty, child labour, descrimination among the community. Some of the girls are forcedly sending by the hapless guardians to the near by landlords houses to work as domestic servant maids, to take care of the small baby children.
The orphan Girl Children age group is between 10 year to 16 years and studying from 6th to 12th standard. We have motivating the Girls and their grandmothers and guardians about the importance of education, disadvantages of illeteracy. Mean while we have provided school fee, Education material support Note books, Test papers, Scale, Compass Box, Shoes, Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Writing Pad, Colour Pencils, Sketches, food groceries including for aged guardians etc to these economically deprived orphaned poor girl children. With this timely support the students are motivated and attending school regularly with out any difficulties. The Children are very happy for this kind of generosity and expressed sincere gratitude.
One of our orphan child said that"My mother died one year back.My father married another lady leaving me with my aged grandmother, who is unable to look after herself.As i am her daughter's grand child, she used to go for nearby land lords houses as dish washer.The food what she get their, she use to bring home and feed me by starving half of the day.She never ate not even half belly full.As your timely support give my education, food and school fee, school kit and necessary clothing.I will never forget your sympathetic help. I will remember you in my prayers.'
