Many disabled children in our schools do not have special toilets to meet their needs. They are treated like other able children.Even these toilets are not in good conditions
This project will build 2 toilets in Ekegoro primary school to help children with disability access good sanitation. There are over 15 children with disability in this school yet they have no special toilets
This will enable children with disabilities to enjoy going to school and reduce diseases. The toilets will ensure children health is good and they enjoy schooling
250 disabled children after being trained in toilet use and school fees paid for, will access quality education allowing them to be recognized and respected in society thus reduce isolation, shame and stigma associated with disability
