This project will build the competencies of 500+ students of HOPE school in computer education and technology usage free of cost to ensure no one is left behind. Going ahead the whole world is going to be technology and computer dependent even for doing basic jobs hence these students who have lagged behind in their studies due to Covid -19 pandemic should not further fall behind and also fall prey to the vicious circle of crime, abuse, violence and various atrocities.
Today along with the basic education, it is the need of the hour that children be taught basics of computer as part of the school curriculum. This project will help 500+ children to build their skills in computers so that when they leave the school they are confident to handle and work on computers. This project aims to provide training to 500+ students in basics of computer and thus prepare them to be future ready.
This micro project will enable HOPE foundation continue to provide computer education to 500+ students along with providing free English medium quality education for one year.
COVID-19 pandemic and prolonged closure of schools over a period of 18 months disrupted the learning of students. By continuing to impart computer education to the 500+ students would not only help them to continue their computer learning but also help them pursue their further studies including computer subjects without any hesitance. Continuing to learn computers will help the students to become future ready for the job market and acquire a job with a descent salary.
