Clean water is vital to our health. Today 1.2 million people have no access to improved water sources.
Lack of access to clean water contributes to the poverty and poor health in the country. Poor health makes it easier to be taken out by the outside health threats, like the covid virus. Many of the poor have only a mom to run the household. The adults are dying, leaving orphans untended.
Clean water gives life. It takes away the threat to general health issues. It gives a human being a better fighting chance against outside threats.
The project will provide clean water to 900 people of Honduras. This will provide their families with basic healthcare and make them more productive citizens and aid them in a productive life that is not possible while sick. We will also continue to provide medical care. This will improve the individuals' health and in turn improve the individuals' families lives, and in turn improve the community as a whole as the cycle repeats itself into a more educated one, from generation to generation.
