We are excited to provide you with an update on the incredible impact your generosity has had on Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary through the 25for25 fundraising campaign.
First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for being a vital part of this initiative.
Accomplishments and way forward:
Increased funds for the endownment fund. Your contribution, along with those from others who share your dedication to our cause, has made a significant difference in the lives of the chimpanzees residing at Ngamba Island Sanctuary. We have so far been able to raise $35,000 towards the goal of $250,000 which is required to expand the endownment fund. The endownment fund being a back borne for the sustainability of Ngamba Island we will be able to achieve the following over a period of years.
Infrastructual development: With your support, we will be able to enhance the sanctuary's infrastructure, ensuring that the chimpanzees have a safe and comfortable environment. This includes renovations to enclosures, improved medical facilities among others.
Enhanced Veterinary Care: Your contributions will directly fund the critical veterinary care for our chimpanzee population. This includes regular health check-ups, medication, and emergency treatments when necessary.
Operations of the sanctuary: With your continued support the chimpanzee welfare at Ngamba will be maintained that is; being able to provide the 5 basic needs for the animals in this way they will be preserved for perpecurity.
Conclusion
