After the big Charity minifootball tournament in support of Alex in the middle of December 2015 – with the participation of over 100 players – youths and amateur sportsmen (over 18 y.o.) and with media coverage, we decided to continue our initiative in GlobalGiving and organizing another Charity tournament for the girl in January. In the meantime we continue to collect support and donations for Alex in his fight with the disease - 9-year-old girl is suffering from a serious illness and she needs specific and everyday care. It includes a range of services for people with disabilities and difficulties in their active social inclusion and in the daily service.Child has long been led to the diagnosis of "cerebral palsy". It was born prematurely. Born disabled. She has also Tetralogy of Fallot - one of the most common of congenital heart malformations...
From the first tournament that was on 19.12.2015 we gathered about 1000 BGN, which is about 560 USD and unfortunately this is not enough at all for the every-day care that Alex needs… Let’s hope that with the new informational campaign here in Bulgaria and with the next tournament in January, we will manage to contribute with more money for this cause.
