Celebrating Eid: A Gift of Love for Every Child

1. Project Overview

The "Celebrating Eid: A Gift of Love for Every Child" project was launched by Al Ehsan Charitable Foundation Nepal to bring joy and dignity to underprivileged children during the Eid festival. The aim was to provide new clothes to children who otherwise could not afford them, allowing them to celebrate Eid with the same happiness and pride as other children.

2. Objectives

• Distribute new Eid clothes to underprivileged children.
• Promote inclusion, joy, and celebration among vulnerable groups.
• Reduce financial pressure on low-income families.
• Strengthen community bonds through collective support.

3. Implementation

The project was carried out with the help of volunteers and local partners. Key activities included:

• Identifying deserving families and children through community outreach.
• Procuring culturally appropriate and festive clothes.
• Organizing respectful and joyous distribution events.

4. Beneficiaries

Total children served: 100

Areas reached: Inaruwa, Sunsari Nepal

Age range: Primarily 4–12 years old

Both boys and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds were included.

5. Impact

• Children received new clothes, enhancing their self-esteem and joy during Eid.
• Families experienced relief and gratitude.
• Strengthened the spirit of giving and community care.
