Summary

This project will give Yasmin Bibi Girls College a purpose-built building, securing a stable, safe space for 180 girls to continue higher education. It will reduce costs spent on rent, expand learning opportunities, and ensure uninterrupted education in Pirsaddi, empowering girls to achieve academic and professional goals for decades. By investing in this building, donors will help break cycles of poverty, uplift families, and create lasting change through education and opportunity.

Challenge

Currently, the college operates in a rented building where rising rent consumes 20% of our budget and the landlord may sell the property, creating uncertainty. Limited space and resources prevent the college from expanding, forcing some bright girls to leave school. Without a permanent home, the future of girls' education in Pirsaddi remains fragile.

Solution

By funding a purpose-built school building, this project will provide stability, reduce recurring rent costs, and allow the college to expand enrollment and programs. Girls will study in a safe, modern, and well-equipped environment with labs, classrooms, and recreational spaces-ensuring uninterrupted education and empowering them to pursue academic and professional goals locally.

Long-Term Impact

A permanent building will secure long-term education for hundreds of girls, equipping them with knowledge, digital and life skills, and confidence to pursue higher education and careers. Educated women will uplift families, inspire younger girls, and contribute to local economic and social development. Over time, the project will foster gender equality and community growth in Pirsaddi.
