Guatemalan children who are participating in our afterschool projects, come from extremely poor families with little resources available to help keep their children out of harm's way. This program not only provides another great opportunity to penetrate the minds of our students 2 times a week for 9 months; it also helps keep them away from gangs, drugs, and other dangerous activities that are always looming about in their lives.

This afterschool program provides education, nutritional snacks, and extra health care to at risk children in the surrounding towns of Antigua, Guatemala. The children are receiving the dedicated support of our university educated teachers and staff to better learn, understand, and develop creatively in a world that limits their possibilities. We are working hard to change their life journeys. Instilling values, work ethic, and a place to dream and grow.
By ensuring the health, safety, and education of over 300 orphaned, abandoned, and poverty-stricken children and their families, we're fighting poverty, changing lives, and providing Guatemala with a brighter future.
