This project will provide a year of nutritious food for 8 year old Noldy. Noldy arrived at the HTDC orphanage in 2010 with his brother and sister. His dad made the heart breaking decision to leave Noldy at the orphanage after his wife died in the 2010 earthquake, leaving him with eight children he couldn't afford to care for. Noldy's settled in well, but without nutritious meals to keep him growing, Noldy's future will be bleak.
As an orphan, Noldy is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't an effective nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for his basic needs. This means that, without your help, Noldy may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving him more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.
