AdventHealth Foundation enhances healthcare by addressing health disparities and providing early mental and behavioral health intervention. They offer comprehensive services for young people dealing with anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts, and promote conversations to reduce youth mental health stigma. Their goal is to improve well-being and elevate the quality of accessible care.

The Henry Street Settlement aims to improve the health, economic stability, and well-being of New Yorkers, especially in Manhattan's Lower East Side. This area has high poverty rates and limited healthcare access. To help, they offer mental health support, youth programs, and an in-house clinic providing therapy, psychiatric care, and medication management. These services enhance life quality and community spirit.

Our veterans and first responders face a suicide rate 1.5 higher than the general population. The Gary Sinise Foundation honors and supports these heroes by creating programs that educate, inspire, and strengthen communities. Through initiatives like R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment), the foundation builds specially adapted smart homes for severely wounded veterans. They also provide mental health resources, family support programs, and community outreach events to foster resilience and well-being.

Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experience mental illness each year. NAMI, the foremost grassroots mental health organization, is dedicated to improving lives by advocating for equitable access to mental health services and education. NAMI offers support groups, educational workshops, and crisis intervention training to help build a community where mental health is understood and prioritized.

National Council for Mental Wellbeing
The National Council for Mental Wellbeing is a membership organization representing over 3,300 mental health and substance use treatment groups, serving more than 10 million individuals. It tackles vital issues like limited access to comprehensive treatment, advocates for equitable, high-quality care, promotes innovative care models, and aims to strengthen the mental health treatment workforce.

The Center is a new, patient-centered “one-stop” location offering a full array of services to meet our community’s mental health, substance use, and primary care needs. The Jed Foundation
The Jed Foundation (JED) focuses on protecting the emotional health of teens and young adults, as suicide is a leading cause of death for individuals between ages 10-34 in the U.S. JED collaborates with over 400 schools, colleges, and community groups to create supportive environments and equip young people with mental health tools. Their approach includes mental health assessments, educator training, and peer support initiatives to ensure comprehensive care.

Face the Fight Charitable Fund
Over 120,000 veterans have died by suicide since 2001, and the veteran suicide rate is 57% higher than the national average. Face the Fight, founded by USAA* is a coalition of corporations, foundations, nonprofit and veteran-focused organizations joined together to raise awareness and support for veteran suicide prevention. With a goal to drastically reduce suicide by 2030, Face the Fight is working tirelessly to address this crisis and ensure that veterans receive the help they need.
