It is crucial for our staff to stay up to date with the trends and best practices in their fields while expanding their knowledge and skills to implement the best educational experience and professional standards for our community to offer our students the very best experience possible.
In a community where all staff members play a crucial role as our student's main adult support network, their professional development goes beyond the pedagogical and includes regular training in mental health, child protection, suicide prevention, first aid, and more support strategies for students.
We invite you to partner with us in investing in our staff through professional development. $18,000 will provide our staff with teacher professional development days, conference participation, and online workshops and certifications.
By raising an additional $4,000 we can increase our impact by offering 2 of our teachers with the opportunity to participate, in person, in IB conferences to learn best practices from their peers and bring new ideas and resources to campus.
