Back in November 2015 when the Paris terrorist attacks occurred, Western media put a negative spotlight on the crisis in Syria, especially concerning the refugees who were fleeing the country. An outpouring of both love and fear was rampant on social media. A few of us NOLA folks chose to combat the negativity with more love, and so we are proud to finally announce this fundraiser for Syrian Refugees!
