The Rural Winter School and Career Guidance Project is the youth development initiative aimed to help the youth and high school learners in the rural areas of South Africa with challenging subjects such as mathematics, English and Physical Science. The project is also aimed at arousing and encouraging the youth interest and desire to enroll for higher education so that they will be skilled and employable. This project changes and improves lives of poverty stricken youth and their families.
