In order to fight the spread of the Covid-19 virus in some of the world’s most fragile countries, Medair launched an emergency response in 12 countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, DR Congo, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Madagascar, South Sudan, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen.

Declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 continues to spread around the world. According to the United Nations (UN), failure to help the most vulnerable countries in the world may cause the pandemic to circle back around the globe (GHRP, 2020).

Coordination: Medair works closely with local Ministries of Health, the World Health Organization, and other partners to ensure a coordinated response.A longer description of your fundraiser.
