Methodology & Key Approaches The delivery mechanism used for the proposed project is participatory, attainable, time and target oriented in nature. The entire methodology has been designed keeping in view the cultural & socio-economic nature of the target population. In the initiation phase, the project team will be selected, finalized and project strategy formulations will be discussed with them. The strategies will be fine tuned in the later meetings and discussions to chalk out the activities and deliverables. The 25 villages of Nanded District forms the target population. 5 Clusters will be formed with each cluster constituting 5 villages. In the first month of the project, identification and selection of 6 outreach workers from each cluster will be done to manage proper functioning at cluster level. Meetings with ward members, opinion leaders like health officials, block level health officials, community leaders, PRI members etc. will be done. These level of interactions will lead to good interaction together with attaining the confidence of the community to assess the healthcare needs and priorities for proper actions.
