I am cycling from London to Amsterdam in 5 days to collect money for a super cool organisation which is transforming the educational system in Bulgaria. My heroes are called Teach for Bulgaria. They are profoundly changing the classroom especially in challenging schools in small towns and villages. They are very similar to Teach First UK. TFB takes motivated young teachers intensive 6-month training, gives them a 2-year assignment in the places they are most needed. http://zaednovchas.bg/en/
