I have been working at GlobalGiving this summer, and I love being able to interact each day with passionate project leaders all over the world. They have shown me how small initiatives can change the world. The key to solving the world's greatest problems lies in investing in young people to find their strength and grow into entrepreneurs, creatives, activists and leaders.
