Food Rescue Fundraiser!

As you may know, for the past year I've been working with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a non-profit fighting food waste and hunger in New York, and beyond. While I've been at RLC for the past 9 months, my passion for food rescue goes back to my days packing up leftovers from the dining hall at BC (shoutout to Every Bite Counts!), and even back to the 4th grade when I wrote the poem in this picture "Ode to Food".
